Boiler servicing
from £85
Full annual service to manufacturer's schedule: combustion analysis, gas rate and pressure checks, seals, condensate trap, controls, and a written report for your records or landlord file. About 45 minutes.

Boiler repairs
from £95 first hour
Diagnosis and repair of combi, system and heat-only boilers — Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Glow-worm, Viessmann. If a repair isn't worth doing, we'll tell you so.

New boiler installation
from £2,100 fitted
A-rated combi or system boiler, supplied and fitted, including magnetic filter, chemical flush, new controls and registration of the manufacturer's warranty (7–10 years depending on model). Old boiler removed.

Landlord gas safety certificate (CP12)
£75, or £140 with a boiler service
Annual gas safety inspection of all appliances and pipework in a rental property, with the certificate emailed the same day. Discount when combined with a boiler service.

Emergency plumbing and heating
from £95 first hour
Burst or frozen pipes, leaks, no hot water, no heating, blocked toilets. Same-day attendance in our core area wherever we can manage it. We'll make it safe first, then talk about the repair.

Radiators and heating controls
radiator swap from £180; power flush from £450
New or replacement radiators, thermostatic valves, smart thermostats (Hive, Nest, Tado), balancing and power flushing of sludged systems.

Bathrooms and shower rooms
quoted per job — typically £4,500–£9,000
Complete installations from strip-out to finish, including plumbing, tiling, electrics (via our NICEIC electrician) and making good. Usually 5–8 working days on site.

Unvented hot water cylinders
service £95; replacement from £1,600
Supply, fit and annual service of unvented (Megaflo-type) cylinders by a G3-qualified engineer.

Taps, toilets, leaks and small jobs
from £65
Dripping taps, running cisterns, replacement toilets and basins, washing machine and dishwasher connections, outside taps, isolating valves.

Kitchens (plumbing only)
from £250
First and second fix plumbing for new kitchens: sink, dishwasher, washing machine, boiling-water taps, waste and gas hob connections.
Price questions
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes — every price on this page includes VAT. There are no extras for travel within 10 miles of Abingdon.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card on the day. For new boilers and bathrooms we ask for a 25% deposit on booking and the balance on completion.
What if you find something else wrong once you've started?
We stop, show you, and give you a price before doing anything about it. No surprises on the invoice.
